A Taste of the Turkish Riviera

Much more than one of Türkiye’s top summer destinations, Turkish Riviera is steeped in history and a food culture that stretches from its rich marine life to the verdant bloom of its orchards. Endemic grape varieties, olive oil dishes, sun kissed fresh fruits, veggies and traditional recipes also abound in this Turkish province of significance at the foot of the mighty Taurus Mountains.

Local chefs take the term catch of the day to another level and are guaranteed to have foodies wishing they had booked a lengthier holiday! As a native fish to the region, sea bass comes highly recommended at dinner time. Grilled to perfection and seasoned with a sprinkle of salt and lemon, this soft and flaky fish goes perfectly with a helping of Turkish mezes (appetizers) and a crisp glass of white wine.
